Cancellation & Rescheduling

Effective September 2, 2026.

Live sessions

Live sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Client-initiated cancellations and missed sessions are nonrefundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Live sessions are subject to Eponine Lorenzi's confirmation.

Prerecorded readings

Because work may begin shortly after an order is received, prerecorded readings are generally nonrefundable once accepted and work has begun. If Eponine Lorenzi declines the request, the payment will be refunded in full.

Provider cancellation

If Eponine Lorenzi must cancel a paid service and a reasonable reschedule cannot be arranged, the affected payment will be refunded.
