Eponine Lorenzi collects the information you choose to provide when you book a session, purchase a prerecorded reading, or submit an event inquiry. This may include your name, email address, pronouns, birth date, birth time, birthplace, questions, context, and event details.

How information is used

Your information is used to provide the service you requested, communicate with you about that service, process payments, manage bookings, and respond to inquiries.

Service providers

Payments may be processed through Stripe. Live bookings are managed through Cal.com. Website forms and hosting may be processed through Netlify. These providers process information according to their own privacy terms.

What is not requested publicly

Please do not submit highly sensitive information that is unnecessary for your reading or inquiry. Event inquiries do not require a private residential address at the initial inquiry stage.
