Terms of Service

Effective September 2, 2026.

By booking or purchasing a service from Eponine Lorenzi, you agree to provide accurate contact and birth information to the best of your knowledge and to use the service respectfully.

Right to decline service

All services are subject to acceptance or confirmation. Eponine Lorenzi reserves the right to decline, cancel, or discontinue a booking or request at her discretion, including for safety, harassment, boundary violations, conflicts of interest, or conduct that makes the working relationship inappropriate. If Eponine Lorenzi declines a paid service before it is provided, the payment for that service will be refunded in full.

Scope

Sessions are personal insight, educational, reflective, and coaching-oriented services. They are not a substitute for licensed medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other regulated professional care.

Conduct

Harassment, threats, repeated unwanted contact, attempts to obtain private personal information, or other boundary violations may result in immediate cancellation and refusal of future service.
